About the Event
Rachel Alexander Levy grew up in Providence, RI and attended the Solomon Schechter Day School. After graduating from Brown University with a BA in Judaic Studies, she worked for Hillel International, Jewish Women’s Archive and Gesher. She was awarded a Wexner Graduate Fellowship to attend Columbia University for a Masters in Public Administration. Rachel has been working for the Jewish Federations of North America since 2011. She will share stories from her most recent travels to the former Soviet Union and Cuba, and explain ways in which we can make a difference to these Jewish communities.
