Jewish Community Day School of Rhode Island, JCDSRI and Core Connects RI invite you to join us on Sunday August 2nd at 8 pm for the workshop on meditation and stress relief.   In these uncertain and turbulent times we can all benefit from practices that help us to relax and feel grounded. Whether a long-time meditator, or have never meditated before this Workshop on Meditation and Stress Relief will be helpful for everyone! Felice Winograd will guide us through relaxing approaches to meditation and breathing that are designed to release stress and anxiety.   We will also explore practical ways to develop our own daily self-care practices to bring ease and pleasure into our days. Felice Winograd is a meditation, movement and yoga teacher devoted to helping women find ways to relax so they can be present for themselves, their families and their communities. She works with women in groups and privately. A former corporate lawyer and non-profit development consultant, Felice is able to support women in all stages of their lives. She is a 400hr certified yoga teacher, has extensive training and experience in women’s meditation and somatic movement, and is a life-long dancer. Felice is wife to her amazing husband, Alex, and mama to her delicious six year old son, Noah. Her family moved to Providence from NYC last year.
