'Becoming More of the Person You Wish to Be'

 Dr Caroline Stanley ( an Associate professor of psychology at Bridgewater State University) will integrate psychology with Mussar (Jewish spiritual practice ) and the idea that the path towards internalizing new behaviors involves a commitment to action.

This presentation is looking to help us harness the energy of renewal and redemption that is more concentrated as we get closer to the Passover holiday. We are hoping to use this time to explore tangible things we can do to break free from things that constrain us.
